Functional Medicine - Lab Consult - 15 minutes
This service looks deeper at how your body works from the inside out. We can review your lab work to see  what your body may be missing or struggling with. Then we build a specific, holistic plan to help. This often includes a 3-month plan with changes in food choices, nutrition tips and a suggested supplementation program.

Instead of treating symptoms, we help your body heal at a cellular level.Â
Chiropractic Adjustments - 15 minutes
An adjustment is a gentle, hands-on way to help your spine and your nervous system function better. Your brain talks to your whole body through your nerves, and when things are out of line, that message can get mixed up. We use safe, gentle techniques to help restore this communication system. This can help you move easier, sleep better, have more energy, boost your immune system and restore function to your organs! Our care is safe and beneficial for all ages from just a few hours to 90+ years old.Â
New Patient Appointment - 45 minutes
This is your first visit with us, and it's all about getting to know you. We will sit down and talk about your health and your goals. Includes a specific chiropractic examination to evaluate how your brain and body are working together. We look for the root cause of how you feel - not just the aches and pains.Â

By the end of this appointment, you will have a clear plan made just for you to help you reach your goals. This is a great first step for moms, kids and the whole family!Â

Individual
Memberships
Individual Memberships are designed to bring you more affordable care. To qualify, you must have completed an initial care plan of at least six weeks of care with Root and Stem Chiropractic. When you choose to be a part of our Individual Membership, any additional adjustments outside of the number allowed will be discounted to $45 for further savings without restrictions!Â

These plans require a 3 month commitment and 30 day notice of cancelation. You can switch between plans at any time. Payment will be taken monthly or biweekly, you will not be charged per visit.
Individual - Wellness Package
This package includes two chiropractic adjusments per month at a 10% discount. This package is perfect for those who are looking to stay healthy and well after achieving results from their initial care plan.

This package includes four chiropractic adjustments per month at a 12.5% discount. This package is for people who are still actively working on optimizing their health after their initial care plan

Plans
